To uphold the esteemed standards of the APJ scholarship, academic excellence remains a
fundamental criterion.
All APJ Scholarship recipients are expected to regularly share their official academic
results and reports with APJ throughout the academic year.
In July, following the completion of the academic year, scholarship assessments are
conducted based on the received end-of-year academic results.
From August to Mid-September, approved candidates will receive their contracts via email,
generated automatically by the CRM system.
Note: The scholarship holder changing their course of study will be considered a new
candidate in the evaluation process.
We value your commitment to academic excellence and appreciate your cooperation in ensuring
the integrity of the scholarship program.
For any queries or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
For scholarship recipients, the following provides practical information regarding the disbursement of scholarships.
The APJ scholarship payment is split into two installments: the first in September and the
second in January, both transferred to your overseas bank account where you are studying.
It's important to consistently share academic results and payment receipts with APJ. For
students in certain situations, such as those attending free or semi-free universities
abroad, any documentation or receipts, such as for groceries or rent, can be provided as
proof.
Payments are either directly remitted to the university or issued in cash.

New applications are accepted from February 15 to May 31 each year, applicable for the
following academic year.
Before creating an account on the APJ site, gather necessary documents for a smooth online
application. Ensure details accuracy with a thorough check before submission. We strongly
recommend early submission for timely processing.
Supporting documents for your online application form should be downloaded in PDF
format:
Incomplete applications, lacking necessary information or documents, will not be
evaluated.
If certain supporting documents are unavailable during the application, you may send them
via email at a later date (e.g., academic results, university acceptance, recommendation
letters).
Following the submission of the online application and completion of the evaluation process
by APJ, you will receive further communication via email.
In June, the APJ Committee meticulously reviews applications and determines bursary amounts
using a score-based system.
By mid-July, the APJ Committee will finalize the list of current scholarship holders. At
this point, applicants will be notified of the allocated amount and the status of their
application.
